TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Henry's Dining Rewards Club card is not a credit card and cannot be used to make purchases.
  • Points will be awarded on the final subtotal. If any discounts are applied to your dining bill, points will be awarded on the amount after discount. Members may only accumulate points on what they pay for.
  • If redeeming a gift certificate, the amount of the gift certificate will be deducted from the subtotal. When using a gift certificate to pay for a meal, no points will be issued for the amount of the certificate.
  • Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. If the bill is paid by credit card, the name on the credit card must match the name on the Henry's card.
  • Members may not receive points for purchases made prior to enrollment.
  • Points may not be accumulated for a business entity.
  • Henry's is part of the Rapoport's Restaurant Group Inc. Points for Henry's Dining Rewards Club CANNOT be accumulated or redeemed at any other Rapoport's Restaurant Group, Inc. location.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any balance remaining on a reward certificate may not be issued in cash or another certificate.
  • Points are non-transferable or divisible, and may not be combined with any other members' points.
  • Henry's of Boca, LLC reserves the right to alter or amend the program at any time. Reward tiers may change without notice.
  • Henry's of Boca, LLC may cancel the program at any time.
  • If member card is not available when dining, request information from the server on how to receive points.
  • Reward certificates cannot be used towards tax and gratuity.
  • REWARD CERTIFICATES MAY NOT BE USED WITH THE EARLY DINNER PROMOTION.
  • Henry's employees and their families (spouses, children, parents or grandparents) or people living in the same household as a Henry's employee are ineligible to participate.
  • Henry's reserves the right to audit an account at any time.
  • Henry's may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.
  • Account inactivity may result in cancellation of membership and deletion of points.
  • Reward certificates may have certain restrictions.
  • Some prizes must be picked up and coordinated with management at Henry's in person, and require a signature of receipt.
