Florian and Laureen, a newly married couple from France, bring a touch of European charm and passion to our team. The two recently had a wonderful experience in Florida that inspired them to make the Sunshine State their new home. Florian graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018, setting a strong foundation for his path in hospitality. Laureen, coming from a family rooted in the restaurant industry, shares the same love for exceptional service and dining experiences.


Florian’s parents, Karine and Jean-Michel, previously owned a renowned restaurant on Las Olas Boulevard back in 2016, earning a reputation for quality and warmth. This family background has instilled a deep appreciation for the culinary arts and customer experience.
