Meet the New Owners and Their Family
Chez Henry’s is now in the hands of Florian and Laureen, a newly married couple from France who fell in love with Florida and decided to make it home. Florian grew up here and graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, while Laureen was raised in a restaurant family and knows the joy of great food and service.
Florian’s parents, Karine and Jean-Michel, once ran a popular Las Olas Boulevard spot known for its delicious dishes and warm welcome. Together, Florian and Laureen are blending family tradition with fresh ideas to make every guest feel at home.
